All subscription tiers (Brain, Hands, Heart, Advisory) are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may cancel your subscription and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Custom agent builds and full AI operating system builds are non-refundable once work has commenced.
You retain ownership of any content, documents, data, or materials you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Your business data is never shared with other clients, never used for AI model training without your explicit consent, and never accessible to unauthorized parties. The Service may integrate with third-party services such as GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Calendar, Gmail, Discord, and Buffer. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access and retrieve data from these third-party services on your behalf. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by 379 Digital LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
